"Enigma" is a Reoccurring Time-Limited B-Tier Costume for the Photographer, Joseph Desaulniers. It was obtainable during the 3rd Anniversary Event, Mélodis Estate Investigation (Season 17 Essence 1) and was later introduced in the Event Store on the China Server for a limited time from April 14th to May 5th, 2022.

Joseph wears white clown makeup with black marks on his eyes and red lips.

Outfit

His tailcoat is red with gold accents. The sleeves have vertical red and white stripes with ruffled white cuffs. Underneath he wears a white button down shirt and black pants. Around his neck he wears a gold kerchief and a key. His socks have a grey and black diamond pattern and his shoes are black.

Trivia

• The description references the story told by Joseph in the Manor's Stormy Night "Surprise" Game.
• The key around his neck resembles Investigation Actions, the currency used during the Mélodis Estate Investigation Event.
• This costume ties to the story of the Mélodis Estate Investigation. He plays the role the party host and owner of the estate, "D.M.". He also seems to be the same "D.M." person from both the Atropos' Ropes Event as his invitation to the player (Mr. Inference) thanks them for solving the mystery of the Golden Rose Theater murder.
