"Tyrant" is a Reoccurring Time-Limited B-Tier Costume for the Photographer, Joseph Desaulniers. It could be purchased in the Illusion Hall with only Echoes for a limited time.

As it is not a true Limited Costume (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times.

Physical[]
Joseph's physical appearance remains mostly unchanged, however his hair now has blonde undertones.
Outfit[]
Joseph wears academic regalia including a black gown with the golden Demori Academy emblem on his right. The hood is also black with gold trim and a large blue stripe along the bottom. Underneath he wears a dark blue waistcoat with gold buttons and top, as well as a white dress shirt with bell sleeves and a black and gold striped tie. He also wears dark blue plaid patterned dress trousers with black dress shoes. He now wears gold-rimmed glasses and his hair is tied back with a red bow that has small gold stripes.

Gentle and good at disguise
[B Costume] Photographer - "Tyrant", in the poster, he is preparing to take photos for the college's opening ceremony. Photographer - "Tyrant", was wearing a long tuxedo, which was the same tuxedo he wore at the opening ceremony every year. His slender body was neatly dressed in the suit, his long silver hair was tied up with a red bow, and he looked elegant with gold-rimmed glasses.
