4th Anniversary Cake, also known as 四周年蛋糕, is a limited D-Tier portrait that is exclusive to the Chinese server. It was obtainable by answering 1 question in the 4th Anniversary Tales Trivia Event.

It shows Gardener standing within a large cake with white icing with her arms raised, eyes closed and smiling happily. Various sliced fruits, namely oranges, pineapple, and kiwi, along with several pink, orange and yellow flowers decorate the cake, along with a large red 4. A blue sky with fluffy white clouds is seen behind.
