Akiko Yosano is a cancelled Limited A-Tier Costume for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was planned to be introduced in the Bungo Stray Dogs Crossover Part I Essence (Season 23 Essence 2).

Appearance

Physical

Emily has fair skin, straight, dark hair cut into a bob that reaches past her chin and bangs, several dull pink streaks, and magenta button eyes cross-stitched with light pink thread.

Outfit

Emily wears a white button-up blouse with puff sleeves that come just past her elbows. Around her neck she wears a thin black tie. Her skirt, which her top is tucked into, is knee-length and black with two pleats in the front. The skirt has stitches across it in the same place as Emily's dress in her Original costume. She wears black gloves that reach halfway up her forearm and black tights. Her shoes are dark red high-heels with a pointed toe. On the left side of her head is a golden butterfly hairpin.

In place of a syringe she wields a large cleaver with a two-toned black and silver metal blade.

Chinese Server

The syringe is replaced with a golden butterfly hairpin, similar to the one worn in her hair.

As a crossover costume, this costume does not have any Special Effects.

Trivia

• Due to Chinese censorship laws, the cleaver that was going to replace the Syringe was changed to a butterfly hairpin on the Chinese Servers.
• The probable reason why the costume was cancelled is because the character named after a poet who expressed her support on Imperial Japan's attacks against China through poems such as "Rosy-Cheeked Death," and "Citizens of Japan, A Morning Song". Note that this is not confirmed by the developers or the company that holds the rights for Bungo Stray Dogs.
  • This costume, along with Doppo Kunikida, was cancelled and was not released with the Bungo Stray Dogs Crossover.
  • As such, all matching content such as graffiti, portraits, accessories, and emotes intended to be released with this costume were also cancelled.
• This costume is based off the character of the same name from Bungo Stray Dogs.
