Banquet Maid is a B-Tier Costume for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was obtainable on the Chinese Server through the Demon Pup's Secrets Event (Chinese Server's First Anniversary). It was introduced to the Global Servers during the Reminiscence Event 2020.

Emily's hair is dark brown, and her eyes are black with light red stitches. She has dark lines that appear to be scars going through each eye. Her lips are dark purple, and there is a red strawberry on her left cheek. There are gold speckles across the bridge of her nose.
Outfit[]
Emily wears a black headpiece with white frills in place of her usual one. She wears a black maid uniform with white cuffs and a white ribbon on her chest. She wears a stained white apron that's tied around her back with a ribbon. Her apron has a pocket with scissors. She wears brown shoes, white stockings, and white gloves.

- This is one of several maid themed costumes.
- This costume, along with Banquet Butler, could be won from the First Anniversary of the Chinese version of Identity V.
- Both costumes were exclusive to the Chinese version of the game until the Reminiscence Event 2020 where they were finally introduced to the global version of the game.
