Bill is a B-Tier Costume for the Evil Reptilian, Luchino. It was introduced in Season 8 Essence 2 and is currently obtainable from Memory Sphere - Previous Seasons and Nightingale's Singing.

When equipped, Luchino has lime green scales and light green skin, with white hair.
Outfit[]
In this outift he wears brown pants with a checker pattern, a white collared shirt with a ruffle along the neckline, and a forest green short tailcoat with dark green sleeves, and orange decoration on the lapel.

- This costume is based off of Bill The Lizard from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
