Bishop Duke (also known as Father Duke) is a Bishop who once managed the White Sand Street Asylum and its patients. He is rather only mentioned in the letters.
Compiled Overview[]
Little is known about him. He corresponded with Kreacher Pierson who seemed to be a donor to the asylum and supervised Sister Lorraine and other Nuns who worked as orderlies and nurses for the institution. As the person in charge, he would have the final say in who could be released from the asylum each month (on the 15th), though the actual assessments seemed to be made by the individual workers, such as Sister Lorraine.
Shortly after, Father Duke received news about his promotion to District Bishop and passed his asylum’s administration down to Lorraine Miller, encouraging her to become the new assistant director. The night after his departure, a novelist paid a visit to the asylum and one of his patients disappeared.

Based on the cooperation needs of the Dupres government, the orphans in the orphanage who are diagnosed with mental disorders should be sent to the mental institution run by the Catholic Church for comprehensive management.
For the well-being of the children, please be sure to send them to the mission hospital at No. 63 Baisha Street to confirm their mental status before March 5.
