Blossom of Rebirth is a Reoccurring Time-Limited S-Tier Costume for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was introduced in Season 10 as part of the Chinese 2nd Anniversary. It is a part of Package - Flaming Flowers and was sold alongside Restrained Heart.
Availability[]
As it is not a true Limited Costume (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons). It frequently returns with its specialty accessory Restrained Heart.
- It was originally available for purchase from April 23rd and May 13th, 2020 for the Chinese Server's 2nd Anniversary.
- It was the 2nd place winner of the Costume Voting Contest (2021), and so returned for purchase on April 1st to April 28th, 2021.
- It returned for purchase during the Thanksgiving Party event from November 16th to December 13th, 2023.
- It returned as the 9th place extra quota winner of the Costume Voting Contest (2024) for purchase from March 28th to April 24th, 2024.

Physical[]
Emily's hair is now white with a pink undertone, she has a similar hairstyle to her Original costume but her hair is pulled tighter into her bun. Her eyes are black with a gold border and stitches. Her eye makeup has three black drips extending from the bottom of her eyes, with smaller ones coming from the top of her eyes. Her lips are bright red.
Outfit[]
Emily wears a black dress with a sweetheart neckline, that shifts to dark red at the skirt. The bodice of the dress has flower and leaf patterns embroidered on it. The skirt has a ruffled hem that is burning at the edges. Over the dress she wears a black lace capelet with shoulder cutouts and dark red ruffles on the bottom edge. The back of the capelet extends further and is split down the middle. At her neck, there is a large gold flower brooch with a red glowing gem in the center.
On her head, Emily wears a black lace headpiece with three large red flowers and a small bow. This headpiece extends to her bun and attaches to a black lace veil. Her finger-loop gloves are also made of black lace with red flowers on her wrists. She wears sheer black tights with leaf patterns on her calves. Her shoes are black close-toed heels with two straps over her foot and around her ankle. There is a small red flower on the ankle strap.
Syringe[]
Emily's syringe is changed to a single golden flower, possibly a Karma Bon Bini Dahlia. Two leaves protrude from its crooked stem, which comes to a sharp point, and embers sparkle around it.
Special Effects[]
Embers and flames rise up from the hem of her dress and the flowers on her headpiece.
Concept / Design Notes[1][]
The crimson flower burns and the fireworks are splendid. The flames light up the night sky, exhausting their last ounce of strength, just to send some warmth to the world......
The Crimson Flower has died and is reborn after being bathed in flames.
The Crimson Flower has never been sentimental about her passing, reborn after bathing in the flames, arriving perhaps to bloom even more brilliantly.
The ashes of the burning embers bloom again.
The colorful scarlet flower will fall into endless darkness after withering. "Doctor" - "Blossom of Rebirth" exhausts the light of life and seeks redemption. Ignite the ashes with breath, bathe in the fire of rebirth. Only the warmth of fire can bring back the brilliance of red.
The all-black dress and black eye makeup set off a dignified and gloomy demeanor, contrasting with the crimson flower adorn on the top of her head and the ruby on her chest. At the hem of the dress and cuffs, burning flames color the deep black into scarlet. I wonder if the Crimson Flower will be reborn and bloom again when the flames bathe her whole body?
In the appearance menu and in game, the dynamic flame special effects are very eye-catching. The flowing flames seem to inlay the skirt with gold. As she runs, the skirt flutters, agile and lively, and sparks spill. Emily holds a silver flower hairpin in her hand and the flame ignites from the stamen, just like a crimson flower in bloom showing its gorgeous colors.
The heart wants what it wants, with no regrets.
For a certain goal, she gave up the most precious thing and bound her heart, but she never felt worthless, and she had no complaints or regrets for what she wanted.
The appearance of the Doctor's "Restrained Heart" is an apple-shaped jewel, with the red heart tightly entangled by golden vines and locked in a golden frame, it is difficult for it to beat, and it is seemingly waiting for the fate of being eaten. When Emily performs self-healing, the Restrained Heart will emit a mesmerizing golden light, and the golden vines coalesce to form hearts hovering upwards, the special effects are gorgeous and impressive.

Trivia[]
- This costume is likely inspired by a phoenix, due to the theme of rebirthing in flames and rising from the ashes.
- Dahlia flowers, the flowers Emily's syringe possibly is based on, represent strength, individuality, elegance and dignity, as well as betrayal and dishonesty.[2]
- In her card illustrations and promotional artwork her hair is a solid silver-white, but in-game it has a pink undertone.
