Buffy is a Limited A-Tier Costume for the Perfumer, Vera Nair. It was obtainable from the Illusion Hall for 1388 Echoes with a 15% discount during the first week, for the discounted price of 1178 Echoes, during B.Duck Crossover Part 2.

Physical[]
Vera has short messy, slightly wavy, light blue hair, with a subtle pink gradient on her straight bangs, as well as some strong bubblegum pink streaks on both of her sides, ending in a small messy ponytail on the back. All of her hair is filled with many hair clips with varied shapes and colors, as well as one big bubblegum pink four-petal flower on her left. Her skin is pale, and her make up is pink with subtle freckles, glitter, and what seems to be stickers in the shape of a heart on her left cheek. Her mole is present under her left eye, but is instead very dark and heart shaped. Her right button eye is silver, with two small orange and blue streaks, two spikes up and down as eye lashes, and is sewn with yellow thread. Her left button eye is also silver, and it appears as a mix between a hair clip and a duck face. It has a big pink ribbon on it, and is adorned with a few white pearls on top. Also, her nails are painted bubblegum pink, some with blue tips and some with pastel yellow tips.
Outfit[]
She's wearing a black translucent long sleeve mesh shirt with a fishnet pattern on it, its cuffs and a few parts of its sleeves adorned with many hair clips, beads and bracelets, in many shapes, like hearts or stars, and in orange, pastel green, bubblegum pink and light blue colors. The mesh shirt is layered with a cropped hoodie, leaving her stomach exposed. The hoodie is yellow and has vertical white streaks on the short sleeves. On the front, there's a print of Buffy, the duck character she's inspired after, with some hearts and a holographic texture. The hoodie's strings are white, and her left string has a knot on it. The sleeve's edges are filled with more hair clips of many colors and shapes, as well as a hot pink butterfly shaped clip stuck on the base of the hood, near her left shoulder. The back of the hoddie also has a print of Buffy, with some graffiti styled letters with holographic texture.
For bottoms, Vera's wearing some small black denim shorts with a dark grey belt, from which is attached a flower with two small silver chains connected to a translucent white heart and a small translucent pouch bag of Buffy's face, filled with what seems to be more hair clips of many colors, mostly star shaped. Her shorts are covered by an orange long sleeve hoodie wrapped around her hips, its cuffs have grey streaks. The hoodie has a translucent plastic pocket, a big plastic tag with Buffy's name written in silver as well as a translucent plastic-like belt hanging from the hoodie, with a silver buckle. The front of the wrapped hoodie is also decorated with many hair clips of many colors.
Her legs are adorned with many patches, stickers and band-aids of pastel colors, and she's wearing socks that stop right under her knees. The one on her right being held up by a black leg garter, while the one on her left sits slightly lower. The socks are white, with black graffiti styled "Playful" written on them, and their top edges are black with two thiner stripes. She's wearing some casual sport shoe boots in white, the soles and laces are orange, and they have a small belt strap on top. Both the socks and shoes feature small faces of Buffy.

Vera's perfume bottle changes to look like a translucent white rubber duck version of Buffy.
Special Effects[]
There are three bubbles floating around her and leaving a glitter trail at all times. One is pink and has a heart charm inside it, the second is green-ish and has a pastel yellow and pink flower charm inside, while the last one is yellow and has a charm shaped as Buffy's face within it. The big flower on Vera's head also has some blue heartbeat-like glowing effects.
Concept / Design Notes[1][]
Wear her favorite colorful hairpins and make a sweet appearance! [A Costume] Perfumer - Buffy appeared in yellow and orange sportswear. The bright yellow is the representative color of the little yellow duck, and the low-key black adds personality. The colorful decorations all over her body add a sense of liveliness. The little duck held in her hand has a pink decoration on its head, which makes it cute and well-behaved.
Trivia[]
- The costume is based on character of the same name from B.Duck.
- Unlike Vera's costume Mio Amakura, even though Buffy's perfume bottle's appearance changed drastically, all of Vera's animations where she interacts with her perfume remain the same as default, causing some animations to look a bit inconsistent with the item she has in hands.
- In official art, animations and even on her showroom, she seems to be almost if not always shown along Tiny Jack.
