This article details something that was present in an official form but later retired from the game or its related media. As a consequence, information and material may refer to old versions of the game or previous versions of an interface no longer in use.

Cat and Mouse is an old talent that could be equipped to Hunters on the Persona Web just off the Southern Line. It was removed on June 4th, 2020 during Season 11.[1]

Gameplay[]

Description[]

Gain 20% bonus on windows vaulting speed after continuosly pursuing a Survivor for 12 seconds. The bonus effect disappears when the pursuit fails or when interacting with other objects, attacking or stunned.

Appearance[]

After chasing a survivor for 12 seconds, a whooshing noise with small white particles would occur, and your hunter would vault windows slightly faster.

Uses[]

This trait was used to help in chases, most notably on maps with many vaultable obstacles.

Trivia[]

  • It was most likely removed because it is rarely activated and is extremely map dependent on windows. It would often be stopped by characters that can stun the hunter during the chase (Enchantress, Prospector, Prisoner, etc), or by hunters who would attack too early and lose the bonus.
