Each Survivor and Hunter has a Birthday or Character Day Event providing 6 quests, with a prize and a letter after the completion of all five main quests. Although it is called 'Character Day' for the Hunters, and is a date that is most relevant to the hunter's lore, the quests remain the exact same for both. The first Birthday Event took place on October 31st, 2019 for the Seer.

Final Rewards[]
Depending on the number of years the player has completed a character's birthday/character day quests the final reward will change.
- 1st year - Horoscope (Survivors) / Monochrome (Hunters)
- 2nd year - Character Day (Portrait Frame)
- 3rd year - Character Day (Graffiti)
- 4th year - Character Day Emotes
- 5th year - Character Day Furniture
- 6th year - Yesterday (Portrait)
- 7th year - Birthday Cake / Character Day Cake
When the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh Birthday/Character Day Events occur for a character, the previous year's reward is available for 5Commemorations in the Event Store. Purchasing the previous year's rewards before completing the event will allow the player to claim the newest reward even if they did not complete the previous events.

From Seer's 1st birthday (October 31st, 2019) and up to before Seer's 5th birthday (October 31st, 2023), receiving the character's letter from the Birthday Event would gift you with 30 fragments.
From Seer's 3rd birthday (October 31st, 2021) and up to before Seer's 5th birthday (October 31st, 2023), characters would have Birthday Questions. All the questions follow the same pattern; the first 3 are related to gameplay and statistics, while the last 2 are related to the character's lore, for a total of 5 questions.[8] Players would receive 10 Clues upon completing the quiz. 1 Discount Card was also available to be claimed: either 50% off for the character's B-Tier costumes or 20% off for the character themselves using Echoes.
