Cleanse is a B-Tier Costume for the Enchantress, Patricia Dorval. It was introduced to the Illusion Hall during Season 5 Essence 2 when Enchantress was released in the Illusion Hall as her initial release costume.
It is connected to the Season 5 Essence 2 Lore.

Her eyes are now black, her lips are also black and she only has one gold tattoo on her right arm.

Patricia's dress is now white with pale brown, gold and pale yellow decorations on the bottom of it, the overskirt is now pale brown the corset is white with black buttons at the bottom half, and brown with pale brown decorations at the top half, the headband is now pale yellow, her necklace is black, her bracelets are green and bronze, her socks are gray with gold striped decorations on them, her shoes are red.
