Description[]
When vaulting windows, the hunter can block the window for 20 seconds, preventing survivors from vaulting over the window. The Hunter can vault over the window again to unblock the window.
Appearance[]
After a hunter vaults through any vaultable obstacle (windows, low barriers, broken walls), a black wooden fence with black particles will appear and fill the vaultable window. As long as this fence is in the way, no one but the Hunter can use the window. It will disappear over time for 20 seconds or if the hunter vaults over the blocked window. It can be used on any amount of windows without limit.
Uses[]
- This talent is best used against kiting survivors who favor certain vaultable windows.
- It is most notably useful on Windows where the hunter is forced to vault to pursue the survivor to prevent them from looping the area indefinitely and wasting the hunter's time.
Other Details[]
- For Duo Hunters, if the hunter doesn't bring Confined Space, they cannot vault over the windows that are already blocked by their teammate.
- For Tarot, allied survivors cannot vault over the windows blocked by their Hunter (Knight).
