Court 7 Commissioner is a B-Tier Costume for the Female Dancer, Margaretha Zelle. It was introduced during Season 13 Essence 2.
It is also connected to its series continuation Season 22 Essence 3 Lore.

Physical[]
In this costume Margaretha's hair and eyebrows are now white, along with the stitches on her eyes. Her makeup consists of black winged eyeliner, red lipstick, and a beauty mark on her left cheek. Her skin tone remains the same however she has red blush on her cheeks and around her eyes.
Outfit[]
Margaretha wears a black sleeveless camiknicker with sheer sides, held up by a white criss-cross strap. The main garment appears to be made of leather and chiffon. It features lace detailing on the sides and bottom, with silver buttons along the front. She has matching white gloves and stockings, with garters of the same color. She dons black dress shoes and a silver handbag. On her bag is an animal skull design with a red jewel in the center of its forehead. Her outfit is accessorized with white pearl earrings and a red rose on the right side of her top.

- The costume is based off of one of the 7 deadly sins, Lust.
- It is contrasting to Frozen Butterfly from the related essence storyline, who represents the virtue of Chastity.
- This costume uses Worn Clothes as a base instead of Original like most other B-Tier costumes.
- This can be seen because she is not wearing a hat.
