Deputy is an A-Tier Costume for the Thief, Kreacher Pierson. It was introduced in Season 13 Essence 2.
It is connected to its essence continuation Season 22 Essence 3 Lore.

Physical[]
Kreacher's hair is now a gold color. His left eye is gold as well, and his right eye is a shade of deep blue. His skin tone remains unchanged.
Outfit[]
Kreacher wears a collared white and black shirt with a black and white coat over it. There is gold lining on his clothing. For his pants, he wears puffy knee-length black pants with white stripes on them. On his feet, he wears black slippers over white socks. A large white sash with gold lining is strung across his chest, as well as a brown satchel, a gold pendant, and a gold scale. To top it off, Kreacher has a black beret with white and gold pearls strung across it placed on his head.

Kreacher's Flashlight has been replaced by a black staff with an ornate golden handle. There is a gold lionhead with its mouth open placed on the end of the staff.

The 14th season Essence 2 consists of exquisite rewards such as the Photographer's S costume "Judge", the thief A costume "Deputy" and the The Mind's Eye's A costume "Clerk". In the tribunal, Judge, the identities of Deputy and Clerk are different, different responsibilities, the facial expressions also have their own characteristics. Because of the crime of guarding and stealing, the thief costume Deputy who was the executive commissioner at the time was fired by the former Judge. But for some reason, after the new Judge took office, and called him back, but he is no longer serves as Executive Commissioner, responsible for helping the Judge to deliver information to some special people. His attire seemed unpretentious, but the hat, treasures stuffed in pockets and white socks, it seems to be exposing his character again.

Background Story
The highlight theme this time, we chose is trial. The characters in the essence play the judges and defendants of the "Seven Deadly Sins". Then a special tribunal was set up based on the structure of the adjudication agency at that time. The tribunal was composed of the chief referee and the commissioners of each tribunal. Each commissioner corresponds to seven kinds of sins, and they themselves are the incarnations of these seven kinds of sins. Therefore, the reference for their trials is not the law, but whether the accused is pious or not in "faith".
Kreacher was the Messenger and once corresponded to greed. At that time, greed seemed very pure to him, just the desire for wealth. But later, some things made him see that all "evils" are caused by greed. The overly paranoid pursuit and request for wealth, goodwill, love, and even justice itself have turned into greed. This out-of-bounds understanding of his own position caused him to be exiled by the former chief referee, but he was recognized by the new referee Joseph. But Joseph did not appoint him as a commissioner, but made him a Messenger--a guide for all the defendants.
In this tribunal, all positions are not fixed, there will be promotions, rotations and vacancies, so there are actually characters that have not appeared, and they will be released in other forms later.
Design Idea Sketch
Regarding Thief - Deputy costume, what we want is a raunchy Deputy setting. Therefore, the way clothes are worn will highlight the messy and casual characteristics, giving people the feeling of rushing to work in the court without even having time to dress neatly.
The Thief corresponds to Mammon, codenamed "Greed", so we added some small designs with coins and jewelry hidden in his clothes to highlight the attribute of "Greed".
Based on the above settings, we designed three versions of sketches, combined and modified plans 1 and 2 that were more suitable for the character, strengthened the characteristics of greed, and finally completed the design of the Deputy.
