Dreams and Illusions is a B-Tier Portrait Frame. It was released in the Illusion Hall as part of the 2024 Dream Invitation Qixi Festival Event, during Season 33.

The Portrait Frame depicts a dark blue water surface at its base, in which several glowing yellow stars are partially submerged. The stars' light is reflected on the water, and ripples are emitted from their locations. Two water columns rise at its edges, fading from blue to purple, with numerous white flowers being pulled upwards. The Frame's top edge is composed by a layer of purplish clouds, visible behind an array of small glowing stars and with a bright crescent moon partially hidden among them.
