Exclusive Bilibili is a cut C-Tier Costume for The Mind's Eye, Helena Adams. It was likely originally planned to be made available through a promotional event for Bilibili.

Helena has peach skin, black button eyes cross-stitched with white thread, and red hair that differs from her usual reddish brown hair color.
Outfit[]
She wears a light pink hat with a light blue band and the Bilibili logo text in white on the left front side of the brim. The television part of the Bilibili logo is in white in the middle of the front of the hat's crown. Paired with the hat are round light blue glasses, a pink jacket, a red plaid scarf and a plain white shirt, as well as a striped pink skirt and dark purple Mary Jane shoes with dark pink stitches. The jacket has white cuffs and the Bilibili television in dark pink in multiple places on its sleeves, one big version printed on the left side at the waist, and a slightly smaller one on the back. The skirt has stripes slightly differing in color pink and two patches sewed on with white thread.
Trivia[]
- The costume's icon, textures, and name and description are all present in the game's files (with the exception of its name's Indonesian translation). The reason for the costume's unreleased status is unknown.
- As the costume was likely meant to be obtainable from a promotional event outside the game for Bilibili, and would likely have been for the Chinese Server only if it was released, similar to other promotional costumes such as Huawei Red, Vivo Blue and OPPO Green.
- Its icon was on a sprite sheet together with Huawei Red, Vivo Blue, OPPO Green, Rendezvous, and Doctor's, Lawyer's and Thief's Dark Side costumes. As these costumes were all released in 2018 or early 2019, it can be assumed that this costume was planned or meant to be released around that time as well.
- Interestingly, the costume's icon artwork and the in-game model differ significantly. The light blue hat with a white band is instead light pink with a light blue band in the model, and the brown hair is instead red. Discrepancies like the latter can be seen across more of The Mind's Eye's low-tier costumes, but the former cannot, making it probable that the blue hat on the icon is a leftover from an earlier design of the costume.
- Despite being unreleased, this costume received a model optimization on February 27th, 2025, alongside one of The Mind's Eye's B-Tier and all of her C-Tier costumes.
