A place of miracles of industry and art, a dream place of prosperity and refinement, does the "ghost" of the Crystal Palace really exist?
The prosperity is gone, and “ghosts” are lingering?
That year, the world's attention was focused on a magnificent building called the Crystal Palace, which was mainly made of steel and glass. The transparent, magnificent and imposing Crystal Palace conquered everyone. It was built temporarily for a grand event, but it became the most watched exhibit at that event. But after the grand event, the Crystal Palace was relocated and rebuilt, and its popularity gradually declined, until a rumor about a "ghost" intensified, making it once again the focus of heated discussion...

The once glorious Crystal Palace is now shrouded in mystery. Who is the "ghost" in the Crystal Palace? Where did it go? Why were the innocent words that once carried dreams regarded as "crime notices"? Is it a coincidence or a conspiracy behind all this? Layers of questions are waiting for you to sort out!
Obsessed with refinement, missing prosperity
The fading of people's enthusiasm not only means the decline of the Crystal Palace, but will also have a huge impact on the merchants here. What is their attitude towards the widely circulated "ghost" rumors?
Weeping Clown - Fireworks Guy is also dressed quite gorgeously and elegantly, but his slightly hunched body gives people a strong sense of anxiety; fireworks are the most conspicuous element on him, even the ends of his hair are burning, like a lit fuse, ready to set off fireworks at any time, presenting a dazzling visual feast.

Nervous guards, mean dukes, mysterious girls, ghostly "ghosts"... What is the truth behind the rumors about the Crystal Palace?

Design Notes
The Weeping Clown Joker plays the role of the "Fireworks Guy", who is based on firework products and brands that have appeared at the historic Crystal Palace Fair. In the grand Crystal Palace, Fireworks Guy and his fireworks store are representatives of fun. The mask, hat, and prosthetic leg are all detailed to make the firework elements more realistic, and appear more fun.
Fireworks Guy has his own insistence on promises and sentiments. Although he suffered setbacks, his persistence and hard work in the fireworks business is the most rewarding.
Initial Sketches
The costume design is based on long vintage jackets with firework elements added to it. Therefore we took 'quirky' and 'childish' as our keywords at the start of the design process, and worked on the first version of the sketch.

The main issue with the first draft was that the design was too fragmented, and the coordination between the elements design is not high enough, so the second version of the draft was adjusted.

The final version optimizes the details of the fashion, and adds a lit fuse in hiss hair for effects, echoing the theme of the costume.

Costume Detail

- Fireworks Guy's hat has two fireworks inserted at the top, and a few handfuls of his hair were also ignited by the fuse, emitting wisps of black smoke
- Fireworks Guy wore a red coat line with elaborate gold stitching, an a pair of lens used for studying gunpowder hang on his chest.
- Fireworks Guy lost his right leg due to an accident, so he replaced it with a firework shaped prosthetic.
Showroom Notes

The firework on Fireworks Guy's prosthetic leg suddenly ignited with sparks, causing him to jump around in panic, embarrassed.

Fireworks Guy brought over a large firework, gently stroking it, full of admiration, reveling in the masterpiece he had created.

Fireworks Guy lit the firework, watching the burning fuse nervously by the side, expecting it to explode into the most gorgeous fireworks.
Costume Effects

Fireworks Guy's head, clothes, and prosthetic leg are full of firework details. the fuses of the two fireworks on his hat glow brightly, and the ends of a few strands of hair glow faintly with dark red sparks. He runs a fireworks store and is completely covered in gunpowder and the brilliant moment when it is in full bloom.
Trivia[]
