Frozen Butterfly is an A-Tier Costume for the Priestess, Fiona Gilman. It was introduced in Season 22 Essence 3 and is currently available in Memory Sphere - Previous Seasons.
It is also connected to the Season 13 Essence 2 lore.

Fiona's hair is now platinum blond, and her skin is paler. Her eyes are light blue, with a pale grey outline. Shards of ice cover a part of the area underneath both of her eyes.
Outfit[]
She no longer has her hood. Her headdress is made up of golden chains, and the centerpiece is now a light blue butterfly. The horns are now antlers made of ice and covered in snow, with butterflies and flowers decorating the base. She wears a dark blue dress with a chest window, which is covered with black silk and a necklace. The dress has epaulets, golden butterfly and chain decorations, and finger loop sleeves with icicle decorations, and a butterfly on each of her wrists. The back of the dress is opened, with 3 chains layered on top of each other over her back. The edge of the dress is torn. She also has black silk socks that cover her legs, and her heels are dark blue, with a butterfly at the front. She has on an anklet and leg cuff on her left and right leg respectively.

The Holy Key now resembles a hexagonal snowflake with 6 points. In the center, it has a repeating butterfly pattern that gets smaller the closer to the center it is. A triangle juts out at each of the points, with two smaller points at the base of each triangle.

Endless exile, an opportunity to escape?
The story of Season 23 Essence 3 takes place on an Ice field used to imprison and exile criminals. The newly appointed Warden brings good news - he will represent the jurisdiction to select from the permanent residents of the Ice field. Providing a reformed moral standard, giving wealth and the opportunity to return to the jurisdiction.
After layers of screening, the governor, jailer and five prisoners were qualified to participate in the final selection. Although they were all exiled here for different crimes, they acted in accordance with the guidelines every day and prayed devoutly in the church wearing holy robes, now they have long been washed away by the cold wind and snow, and have reformed.
At the last moment when the results were announced, the jailer stood up. He loudly accused the warden of hypocrisy, questioned the authenticity of the pardon news, and even claimed that the jurisdiction was already filthy, and that the Ice field was the place closest to truth and morality.
After the jailer's speech, the residents continued to riot and reacted in different ways. This selection ceremony based on "morality" standards completely turned into a farce and a carnival for the prisoners. At this time, the Warden, standing high on the trial seat, looked down indifferently at the fools in the audience - they finally took off their moral disguise and revealed their true colors.
How can a foolish moth understand the truth?
In the essence of this season, the new hunter Hermit will usher in an S costume - Warden, the Priestess A costume - Frozen Butterfly, and the "Prisoner" A costume - Winter Cicada will also appear with him.
On the promotional poster, the Warden, the hermit holding a scepter, stands tall, with complex emotions such as pity, contempt, and disgust in his eyes; the "Prisoner", Winter Cicada, carries a lantern and seems to want to guide the residents of the ice field to what he thinks is the right path; Priestess - Frozen Butterfly played with the ice butterfly on her own, as if this farce had nothing to do with her; the other five candidates stood side by side, seemingly expressing a common attitude of advancing and retreating, but no one knows what their true identities are hidden under the disguise.
When the bell of forgiveness rings, virtue is given a new meaning in this ice field. Even if someone sees the illusory light clearly, they are just moths deceived by the ashes. Can the lit torch illuminate the fog in front of them and let the truth emerge on the ice sheet?
Invisible shackles restrain the weak membrane wings
Priestess - Frozen Butterfly is wrapped in crystal clear ice and snow, and her horns have completely crystallized; butterflies made of ice reside on her forehead, wrists and shoe tips, and ice crystals slowly poured out from her eyes, exuding a bone-chilling chill. However, the Priestess - Frozen Butterfly didn't care at all. She used snowflake earrings and headdress to show her love for ice and snow; the butterfly-wing-like skirt was damaged and blackened, and the shackles and chains on her ankles echo her identity as a resident of the ice field.

Design Notes
The key words for Priestess - Frozen Butterfly are "chastity" and "butterfly". As a governor sent to the ice fields, she is excessively loyal and holds a lot of trust in the establishment. She is like a butterfly frozen in the ice, wrapped and confined by the snow and ice, her wings gradually become more and more fragile to the point of shattering.
Initial Sketches
The Priestess - Frozen Butterfly is excessively loyal and hold a lot of trust in the establishment's Court, and firmly believes and insists on upholding the Court's "faith", unaware that her faith is already corrupted. Based on the story, we wanted her to reflect the chastity and unadulterated character of her temperament.
The design of the first sketch is a bit old-fashioned, and the skirt is too long, which doesn't reflect her noble and holy temperament. The second version of the sketch has improved the sense of holiness, but she feels less noble, and the butterfly elements are too much and too specific, and doesn't reflect the element of ice and snow. The feeling of deterioration is also too superficial, and the costume is a bit fragmented.
The third version of the draft is closer to the finalized product, with the overall feeling being more unified, and the feeling of deterioration is relatively less obvious, reflecting the overall temperament of being holy and noble better. However, too many snow and ice elements make the character look more magical, and the bright hem will make the edge of the dress slightly disorganized; the horns on her head appear too monotonous and does not have a good texture to it. Therefore, we decided to put the ice, snow and butterfly elements in their respective positions and limit the proportions, to help improve the quality of the costume, increase the sense of noble realism, and reduce the sense of magic.

Costume Details
- The horns on her head are like branches growing in the ice and snow, noble and fragile. Her head is decorated with chains, giving her a sense of confinement.
- The shining epaulets added a touch of glamour and hinted at her abnormal status.
- Her skirt is shaped like a butterfly's wing. The edges of the skirt were blackened, as if deteriorated.
- Her shoes are decorated with blue butterflies, echoing the theme of the character. The decoration on her ankle looks like a prisoner's ankle cuff with a phase lock.
Showroom Notes
In the middle of the blizzard, she is frozen in the ice, like a statue praying silently. Blue butterflies surround her.
She danced with the icy butterflies in the wind and snow, and the Holy Key was like a stage built by the ice.
