It is theorised that Cosmic Witch is the one "great witch" mentioned in the 2022 Twilight Banquet event that could "turn back time and change one's fate" and who was transmuted into the watch[1] used in the event to turn back time, as in her essence trailer Cosmic Witch says she will turn back time and help her fellow witches defy destiny.[2] This would make her an ancestor of the Duncan family and thus family of Quinlan and Helen Duncan.[3]

Furthermore, the 2022 Twilight Banquet event was introduced during Season 23, which had Cosmic Witch's essence, Season 23 Essence 1, as its only essence.
The watch in The Count's sprite from the aforementioned event is likely the same watch.
It is likely that Cosmic Witch was the witch with the ability to turn back time that was mentioned to have undone the past in Day 7 of the 2024 Haunting Parade event, and that Cosmic Witch is one of "Ghost Candle" ancestors.
