Halloween Carnival is a TBA-Tier Portrait Frame. It was released in the Illusion Hall as part of the 2019 Castle Banquet Mystery Halloween Event, during Season 8.

The Portrait Frame depicts elements similar to those found on Red Church (Night), depicting twisted tree branches as its structure, purplish in color. A carved pumpkin is visible in the lower left corner, its eyes glowing with yellow light and decorated with a grey witch hat placed on its top. A pale enrgraved tombstone makes up the Frame's rightmost edge, with a white ghost floating on top of it, its eyes glowing yellow and its neck tangled in the tree branches.
