Handcuffs is a Limited B-Tier Accessory for the Lawyer, Freddy Riley, and the "Prisoner", Luca Balsa. It was introduced as part of the the Death Note Crossover Essence, in Season 16.

The accessory is a polished steel handcuff, which appears to be locked shut. The cuff lacks its twin and the chain connecting them.
Trivia[]
- The accessory is a reference to the handcuffs worn together by Death Note's protagonist Light Yagami and the detective L during a certain period of the story, to never lose sight of one another.
- While most accessories are either restricted to one character, or available for all characters of a certain faction, Handcuffs is peculiar as it is one of very few accessories limited to two characters.
- Happy Birthday has a similar behavior, being limited to Smiley Face and Gardener alone.
