Hebe is a B-Tier Costume for the Sculptor, Galatea Claude. It was introduced in Season 15 Essence 3 alongside the Chinese Server's Third Anniversary event, The Oath of the "Traitors".

Galatea's appearance is largely unchanged from her default, though her blonde hair is brighter.

In this costume she wears a short-sleeved, long white dress with lines of frills around the chest, thigh and bottom hem. Around her hair is a white headband with a cluster of three white flowers on one side and a red flower on the other side. A white straw hat with blue ribbon around the band is on her lap.
Wheelchair[]
Her wheelchair is changed to have a bronze metal for the rims, though the wheels themselves are still black rubber. The fabric is white and has decorative patterns around the back cushions.
