It was obtainable on the Chinese Server by completing the 6 battles, 2 per day, during the The Oath of the "Traitors" Anniversary Event. It was made available on the Global Servers' and returned on the Chinese Server in the Event Store from March 20th to April 16th, 2025, as part of the Enlightenment Under the Stars event.
