Leaping Marcato is a Reoccurring Time-Limited S-Tier Accessory for the Smiley Face, Joker. It was introduced on April 30th, 2025, during Season 37, and could originally be purchased from the Illusion Hall with the costume OPH.JOKER as part of the Esports Series Package (Smiley Face).

As it is not a true Limited Accessory (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times. It generally returns each time with its specialty costume OPH.JOKER.
- It was originally available for purchase from April 30th to May 28th, 2025 during the Call of the Abyss VIII Finals.

[S Accessory] Smiley Face - Leaping Marcato is made of gold, sapphires and pearls. A huge sapphire is inlaid in the center of the main body, and the gems on both sides look like the laughing face of a clown. There is a puzzle behind the main body, and I don’t know what story the lonely puzzle tells.
