Life Exchange, also referred to as 赎命 and Redemption, is a B-Tier Costume for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It is currently unavailable in the Global servers.
In the Chinese version, it could only be obtained from Season 3 Essence 1[3] for a limited period of time, only for the costume to be removed from the essence shortly after. Today it can be obtained from Lantern Deals.

Physical[]
Emily's hair is now blonde, with emerald green eyes and crimson-red lips. Her skin tone is paler and she has pink makeup around her eyes.
Outfit[]
Emily dons a white dress which fades into pink as well as a matching pink capelet around her shoulders, fastened by two white button-up pieces of cloth and adorned with silver designs. Her collar is white, as well. She wears grey gloves and socks. Her shoes are pink, and her belt and satchel are bright emerald, just like her eyes.

- It is commonly known as Redemption to the fandom, as this was the translated name for some time before the official English name was known.
- The reason for Life Exchange's sudden removal is currently unknown, as it possesses no limited tag, nor was it related to any event or crossover. Supposedly, players who had managed to obtain the cosmetic had it removed from their lists without compensation, as a consequence of its withdrawal.
- Life Exchange was released for the shortest time among all essence costumes before being removed, being available for approximately 3 hours.
- For this, the cosmetic earned the nickname "The costume that lived 3 hours" by the community.
- The costume was later included in Chinese server exclusive Lantern Deals for Emily. It appears that Lantern Deals for the costume were added on September 26th, 2019[1] with very low probability of being triggered before being removed on an unknown date. She returned to Lantern Deals on January 28th, 2021.[2]
- It was part of the Chinese Server's Season 3 Essence 1, which is the equivalent of the Global Servers' Season 2 Essence 1 as the Chinese Server is one season ahead of Global. Life Exchange was not included when the essence was released to Global.
- In a Developer Q&A Session on October 24th, 2021, it was stated that the costume is under consideration to be added to Lantern Deals on the Global Servers.[4]
- This costume shares a model with Rebirth.
