Lightning Generator is a S-Tier Accessory for the Coordinator, Martha Behamfil. That was introduced as part of the Season 4 Rank Treasure. After the end of the Season, it was introduced in Memory Sphere Season 4. It is currently available in Memory Sphere - Previous Seasons and in the Illusion Hall.
