Lillium was a racehorse of the Kreiburg Racecourse owned by the Barriere Family, its rider being Simon Barriere. It was a popular race participant, being described as "prestigious" and having its name being used to advertise the racecourse itself along with Cyanus.

Lillium participated in many races organized by the Barriere Family, drawing much attention due to its popularity. During one such race, specifically one that was part of the new series organised by Simon's father in an attempt to establish his prestige, Lillium appeared to lose control which resulted in a serious accident. This resulted in his rider, Simon Barriere, falling and sustaining serious spinal trauma.

Alternate Theories and Conclusions

• It is unknown what Lillium's fate was after the incident, but with Simon unable to return to racing and the Barriere Family struggling with his injury, it is unlikely that Lillium continued his role as a racehorse, at least not under the Barrieres.

• Lillium is likely named after Lilium, the genus of "true" lily species. In turn, the name may also be a reference to Lily Barriere, the sister of Lillium's rider, Simon Barriere.
• The horses seen on the Kreiburg Racecourse map are similar in appearance to Lillium, however this may be a coincidence.
