Lost Memento is a Reoccurring Time-Limited A-Tier Accessory for The Mind's Eye, Helena Adams. This accessory released alongside the costume Architect in the package Package - Just a Dream. It was available for purchase at the Illusion Hall between April 29 and May 20, 2021.

As it is not a true Limited Accessory (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times. It frequently returns with its specialty costume "Architect".

Lost Memento appears as a white marble water fountain with gold rims, along with blue and white flowers near the bottom half. The water spouting from the top is a turquoise color.
