Measurer is a Reoccurring Time-Limited A-Tier Costume for the Mad Eyes, Burke Lapadura that is part of the "Once" series. The costume was originally introduced and sold in the Illusion Hall from April 6th to April 27th, 2023.

As it is not a true Limited Costume (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times.

Burke looks younger with a brown hair and beard, and more humane with his prosthetics removed from his body.
Outfit[]
Burke wears a green vest and tie with a white long sleeve casual shirt. He has a smoking pipe and a Victorian glasses. He carriers a backpack with a rotating clock which leaves behind a golden after-light effect while moving, and a sling bag to carry his tools.

Special Effects[]
Due to the removal of the vodka from this costume his attack recovery animation has been changed with his drinking animation replaced with Mad Eyes adjusting his theodolite. Strangely, it still retains the drinking sound effect despite him not drinking. His idle animation has also been shortened and his Default Standby animation has been replaced with Mad Eyes looking at his small sculpture.

In the costume poster released by "Identity V", Mad Eyes - Measurer is sitting by the window thinking alone. The Manor outside the window has begun to take shape. He held his notebook between his index fingers, ready to record the measured data and designed mechanisms at any time.
Different from his other self who has grown old after waiting for a long time, Mad Eyes - Measurer is in the golden period of his life, and his right hand and left leg have not yet been replaced by mechanical skeletons; the combination of his shirt and lake blue suit and vest He has a gentlemanly demeanor, and he does not forget to take care of his beard and hair after busy work, and his appearance is not messy at all; the slim-fitting trousers and long leather boots are easy to move and are very practical on construction sites; in his hands, waist and backpack are full of measuring instruments, laying a solid foundation for obtaining accurate data.
Ever since he was hired to lead the Manor's expansion project, Mad Eyes - Measurer has been constantly inspired, making him even more immersed in the work at hand. The long hours of measurement, design, and intense on-site work have made his figure slightly thin and stooped; his eyes are covered by thick lenses, and the sparks in the pipe reflected the bright light on the lens, like the rising sun, about to drive away the darkness.
Monitors and mechanism consoles are also indispensable instruments for Mad Eyes - Measurer. Background Story
In Burke's background story, the reply letter from the School of Beaux Arts is an important turning point in his life. In ONCE Fashion, he accepted the invitation of the Academy of Art and gave up the study of organs. Several years later, he finally became a well-known architect, decently owning his own studio, proud of the solemn and elegant architectural works... But when he looked at those locked secret doors and dark towers, he still couldn't stop repeatedly thinking and asking, whether he followed the direction of his heart without regret.
Design Idea Plans
In the Mad Eyes's backpack, we wanted to show him a more respectable appearance. At this moment, he is wearing neater clothes and holding a professional measuring instrument, as if he has achieved something. In the design of his mechanism wall, we also followed the style of cloth art, taking the architectural styles of ancient Rome and ancient Greece as a reference, emphasizing grandeur and symmetry. In the showroom animation, the architect walks through those walls madly, recalling the brilliant achievements of this life, but always feels that there is something that cannot be made up for... Maybe, on the crossroads of life, there is no perfect answer that can be obtained through measurement.
Design Idea Sketch
According to the needs of the copywriting, the theme of this series of fashion is retrograde. After Principal Guillaume sent Burke an admission invitation, Burke accepted to study at the Academy of Arts of Beaux-Arts instead of working at the Eurydice Manor.
The architect's setting is to become a decent architectural designer after studying at the Fabric Arts Academy. The decoration and color tone need to be different from the past, more refined, high-end and decent clothing, but the long-term outdoor survey measurement, the clothing will have some dirty texture.
The first sketch was chosen for the two sketches, the second sketch is too outdoors, the overall feeling is not stronger, the first sketch is more in line with the setting of this retrograde, the overall temperament has changed from the image of the old man before the architect to the image of a decent uncle still needs to maintain the identity of the architect, so the attribute of the architect's hunchback is retained, but try not to make him too hunchbacked.
In addition to the clothing, some of the modified designs on the body are also in line with the settings, such as the survey tools and construction books that need to be outdoors mounted on the waist, the steam clock wristband is designed on the arm, and the back is transformed into a backpack with measurement functions. Model Details Description
- The Measurer was dressed in an elegant lake-blue suit and vest, with wisps of smoke wafting from the copper pipe in his mouth. The delicate and correct metal brooch on the bow tie and the thick round-frame glasses reflect his rigor as a famous architect.
- The monitor's wings are made of copper skeleton, like a bat stalking in the dark. The searchlight at the end is emitting a strong white light, like a pair of scorching eyes monitoring everything.
- The Measurer uses iron sheets to reinforce the four corners of the wooden mechanism console, and wraps it with white tape. The viewfinder has become grayed out from prolonged use. Even though the obsolescence of this machine is difficult to hide, it can still be seen that the owner cherishes it.
Showroom Interface Design
The Measurer walks along the wall of the Roman mechanism, caressing this masterpiece of which he is proud. But after turning around, he lowered his head and sighed, what exactly is the "right" he wants?
He carefully fiddled with the mechanism on the portable controller, and with the black and white snowflake screen flashing, the mechanism console appeared in front of his eyes. From his actions, it can be seen that he cherishes his machine very much. However, with the snowflakes flashing again, the mechanism console disappeared in the golden mist.
The Measurer who operated the mechanism heard a burst of laughter from the girl, and he looked back suspiciously. Another choice leads to a new life, and he seems to be missing something important.
Room Display
The Measurer was well-dressed and carried his most precious instrument with him. The mechanical watch on the brown leather bag was turning rapidly, and there were little sparks from the friction between the gears.
In-Game Display
The hunter is operating the mechanism console, while the bat-like monitor watches every move in the Manor.
The tall organ control wall blocked the way of the survivors. Even under the careful maintenance of the hunters, some cracks have appeared on the Roman columns due to years of use.

- Oddly enough, this costume doesn't remove the prosthetics' sound effects despite the costume not having any. This is noticeable during his walking animation or when using his Threaten emote.
