Memo is a Limited A-Tier Accessory for Perfumer, Vera Nair. It was released in the Illusion Hall as part of the Project Zero II Crossover, exclusive to Global Servers, during Season 23 and Season 24. As of the crossover's completion, it isn't obtainable anymore.

Physical[]
The accessory is a bundle of old papers, containing several notes scribbled in black ink. The numerous pages are bound together by a brown string, and appear yellowed and damaged.
Special Effects[]
The accessory has 2 red butterflies fading in and out of the cover of the book. When using the perfume, the Euphoria Phantom will take on the appearance of Mayu Amakura, Mio Amakura's twin sister, and a red circle with signs in it as well as a few big red butterflies and red particles will appear on-screen.

- This Accessory is based on the Folklorist's Notes (1-12), from the game Project Zero II: Crimson Butterfly.

- This Accessory was only available on the Global Servers due to it not being deemed appropriate in China due to the games intense nature.
- With the update to players' Collection Menu on November 7th, 2024, Memo is shown in the Collection interface with a slightly different icon, showing a previously unused tag for the Project Zero II Crossover. This is also the case for other crossover contents such as Mio Amakura and Sae Kurosawa.
- An unique sound plays whenever the player uses Euphoria in designated spots in multiple maps. Every map has this easter egg except for Arms Factory and Leo's Memory.
