Midnight Emissary is a Reoccurring Time-Limited A-Tier Accessory for the Embalmer, Aesop Carl. It was introduced along with Phoenix in the Package - Midnight Phoenix on the 28th of October.
It is connected to the Night of the Sacrifice (2021) Lore.
Availability[]
As it is not a true Limited Accessory (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times. It frequently returns with its specialty costume Phoenix.
- It was originally available for purchase between October 28, 2021 and November 17, 2021 as part of the Night of the Sacrifice event.
- It returned for purchase from October 20th to November 17th, 2022 during the Twilight Banquet event.
- It returned for purchase from October 10th to November 3rd, 2024 during the Haunting Parade event.
- It returned for purchase from October 16th to November 12th, 2025 during the Ode to the Eternal Night event.

Physical[]
A blue orb containing symbols (including the eye of Horus), decorated with golden spiral ornaments and a pair of denim phoenix wings with turquoise highlights. The symbols inside of the orb appear around it in paleish blue color.
Special Effects[]
Embalming and Rebirth Animation[]
When summoning a coffin, a pentagram appears as the the coffin rises up from the ground. When the coffin is summoned a bird will fly around the coffin, emitting particle effects around it. When someone is entering the rebirth process, a pentagram will appear below them.
Coffin[]
After summoning a coffin, a single flaming blue feather will fly around, leaving a trail of light behind it.
