Midsummer Reminiscing is the 2021 Summer Event that took place from July 21st to August 11th, 2021.

Introduction[]

Birds and cicadas sing in the trees, streams splash and trickle down the mountain, fireflies dance in the sky, and wild fruits hang high above - Summer is finally here! Come and play some board games with us! These Summer-themed board games are sure to send you down memory lane! You'll see past romances in the fruit-laden trees, miss the nostalgic times spent with family in the forest, and recall the kindness from your parents from your youth. When we look at the past while playing these games, we'll understand more clearly that the world will be better.

Forest of Origination | 返璞之林[]

Event begins after 1 log-in.

In the Forest of Origination, there is only one small path that leads to the top of the mountain. Perpetually covered in mist, the boundaries of time are blurred in this mysterious place. The trees lining the path are laden with fresh, wild fruit, just waiting for us to pick them!

Game Rules:[]

Consume Water of Memory x10 to begin the game.
At the start of the game, fruits will be generated at random. Swap their positions and connect the same fruits together to clear them out and earn points.
Complete special objectives to earn bonus points.
Clear fruits consecutively to earn more points.
Aside from lining up 3 fruits in a row, you can also use other 'special methods' to clear out fruit and earn even more points.
The more points you earn in a game, the more Memories Badges you will receive as rewards (receive to a certain amount of Memories Badges per game).

Special Methods:[]

Match 4: Line up 4 fruits to clear them up.
Match 5: Line up 5 fruits to clear them up.
L-Clear: Form a L-shape with multiple fruits and clear them out.
T-Clear: Form a T-shape with multiple fruits and clear them out.

Sea Land | 鱼乐园[]

Event begins after 5 log-ins.

The clear mountain stream is full of fish! Come on, let's catch a few!

Game Rules[]

Consume Water of Memory x10 to begin the game.
Shoot marbles at the fish in the water, and earn points by hitting them and knocking them down.
Different fish are worth different points.
Depending on the type of fish, you will need to hit them multiple times to knock them down.
Every time you knock down 5 fish, a shiny fish will appear. Knock down 5 shiny fish to earn bonus points.
The more points you earn in a game, the more Memories Badges you will receive as rewards (receive to a certain amount of Memories Badges per game).

Cooking Smoke | 又见炊烟[]

Event begins after 9 log-ins.

Smoke of cooking fire rises above the forest. When you're out camping, there's nothing more relaxing than cooking and sharing a big meal with friends!

Game Rules[]

Consume Water of Memory x10 to begin the game. At the start of the game, recipes will appear on screen, with the silhouettes of all the ingredients you'll need for the current dishes.
Select the ingredients from a pile that match the silhouettes on the recipes the earn points.
Fresh ingredients will appear in the pile every once in a while. The refresh frequency and amount of ingredients change depending on the progress of the game.
The more alternate / correct ingredients you select, the more points you'll earn.
The quality of the meal will be affected by the number of correct ingredients you selected. Each level of quality corresponds to the number of points obtained and are broken down as follows: "Just Awful...", "Nothing Special", "Pretty Good" and "Absolutely Delicious!".
The more points you earn in a game, the more Memories Badges you will receive as rewards (receive to a certain amount of Memories Badges per game).

Trivia[]

This event period for the Chinese Server was June 30th to July 21st, 2021. They received the event earlier than the Global Server so that it did not overlap with the Global Third Anniversary Event.
There was a bug that NA/EU Server players could unlock Sea Land on July 25, 2021 due to the server reset.
