Mr. Inference, also known as Mr. Detective, is a Limited A-Tier Costume for the Mercenary, Naib Subedar. It could only be obtained by purchasing the real-life package known as "Netherwalker's Offer" which was sold for $119 (Special Edition) or $349 (Limited Edition). It could be pre-ordered in May 2020, and packages were completed and delivered August 2020.[1]
It is connected to many Essence and Event Lore related to the Truth & Inference Universe.
Naib has fair skin, messy, medium-length brown hair tied into a short ponytail, thin, arching brown eyebrows, and dull, pale blue button eyes with a plus stitch and a cross stitch with white thread. The corners of his mouth are stitched with white thread.
Outfit[]
Naib wears a smoke blue plaid tweed trench coat with gold buttons over a white collared shirt and navy blue waistcoat with golden embroidery, tapered black slacks, and heeled leather shoes. An ornate gold brooch set with a pearl and navy blue ribbon adorns his collar, and a white handkerchief peeks out of his lapel. A smoke blue deerstalker cap sits on his head. A leather satchel is attached to a leather belt around his waist, in which a gold metallic radio can be seen. A gold-rimmed monocle on a gold chain is attached to his left eye. He carries a cane in his gloved left hand, and a wooden pipe in his right.
The Elbow Pads are now leather gloves with thick cuffs and gold buttons, underneath which are his bare hands, which become visible once the Elbow Pads have been exhausted.

His brooch emits glowing white particles, and his monocle shines.
In terms of character, he values friendship and hates bullying the weak. He joined the army after he became an adult. His various indicators were very good and he was admired and loved by his comrades. However, he was suddenly removed from the army due to an unknown accident.
After leaving the army, his personality changed drastically. He spoke concisely and did not like to talk nonsense. He always appeared with a cold and wise appearance. After solving a certain incident, he became famous.
Losing his parents as a child, he was raised in an orphanage. He later joined the army and was promoted quite quickly, but was discharged due to an accident. To find out the truth and the one behind it, he chose to become an ordinary private detective.
Fighting wits and courage, rushing to the Abyss to invite
When the gears of time turn back to the Victorian era of steam and fog, Mr. Inference walks out quickly. He will rush to an invitation, a feast of wisdom and courage that comes from the Abyss and leads to an astonishing answer to the mystery.
Mr. Inference is well-dressed, with custom-made shirts, vests, coats, trousers and leather shoes all of high quality. He wears a deerstalker hat and has a pipe in his mouth, making him look like a famous private detective. There is a pair of mustaches on the left chest, which may be used for makeup when investigating cases; a cane, test tubes and tool bags are hung around the waist, and leather gloves are worn on both hands, always facing the dangers encountered in the process of searching for answers to the mystery.

The package was sold officially to Global servers (albeit for the high prices listed at the top), though it was not advertised very much and only a few official posts about it exist.

Mr. Inference - Blue Thistle: Legend has it that in the 13th Century A.D a castle came under attack in the middle of the night. The soldiers in the invading army unwittingly stepped blue thistles, a plant covered almost entirely in thorns. Soldiers howls pain were so loud that they alerted the castle guards and saved them from a deadly ambush. Every time he departs, he always make sure to wear a blue thistle on his chest-every time, except the last... No wonder the blue thistles on Bélóstáin look so familiar.
