Nesting is a B-Tier Accessory for the "Knight", Richard Sterling. It was introduced as part of the Season 36 Rank Treasure and is currently obtainable from the Illusion Hall.

- The accessory is a reference to the metaphor of a Cuckoo's Egg, named after the behaviour of Brood Parasitism wherein a cuckoo will deposit its own egg into a different nest, resulting in the chick being raised by host parents, often at the expense of their own offspring.
- In reality, parasitic eggs will often be mimetic, replicating the appearance of the host eggs in order to avoid rejection. This accessory instead has the egg notably different in appearance.
- This difference in appearance could be in reference to the Mafia hypothesis which proposes that even when recognised as an intruder, parasitic eggs and chicks are accepted by the host in fear of retaliation such as destruction of the nest and its inhabitants.
- This metaphor is also referenced in the mail description of Richard's Sanctuary.
