Paper Cup Phone is a Limited B-Tier Accessory for the Embalmer, Aesop Carl. It was only available in Season 15 Essence 1 for The Promised Neverland Crossover Part 1.

Despite it being a true Limited Accessory (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it has returned when The Promised Neverland Crossover got another release, along with the other accessories.
- It was originally available from February 23rd to March 17th, 2021 during The Promised Neverland Crossover Part 1 (Season 15 Essence 1).
- It was made available again from September 24th to October 14th, 2021 during The Promised Neverland Crossover Part 2 (Season 18 Essence 1).
