Paper Shrine is a Limited S-Tier Accessory for the Perfumer, Vera Nair. It was obtainable from the Illusion Hall as part of the Paper Bride Crossover from July 3rd to July 30th, 2025. It could be purchased alone as well as included in a package with its matching costume Nie Moli.

- The accessory seems to depict the ancestral temple in Zangling Village in Paper Bride 3: Unresolved Love, Chapter IV: Night and Day. In this chapter you can switch between playing Shen Moqing and Wang Jiaotong (who is at that point a ghost), which also switches the color of the temple and the surroundings to red and green respectively. Inside the temple is an area called the Paper Temple, which has a shrine, although that area is only accessible when playing as Shen Moqing.
- Paper Bride 3 is also the game of the series in which Nie Moli is the Red Maiden, as in her Identity V costume.

- Paper Shrine's effects were changed on July 17th, 2025, to make the Euphoria afterimage appearing more obvious to Hunter players. This change was later reverted for Survivors on July 24th, 2025.
