His physical appearance seemingly stays unchanged. However, a visor with newspaper clippings in it now covers his eyes. His midsection now has a newspaper dispenser embedded in it.

Victor wears a kahki striped button-up, a dark brown vest, and a black tie. His pants and shoes are both dark brown. His letter bag is now a mini newspaper dispenser, and he wears a brown homburg hat with a black stripe.
Object[]
Letters[]
Victor's letters are now newspapers.
Wick (Companion)[]
Wick now resembles a Boston Terrier, with a mechanical body, a brown hat, and a brown bag on top of its body. The sides of Wick's body now have newspaper scrolls.
Special Effects[]
The visor on his head will occasionally flicker on with light, and sheets of newspaper fall from the dispenser by his side. Like the rest of the costumes in the event, the purple tentacles on his torso have a faint purple glow.

Official Website[2][]
This "weirdo" is wearing a slim-fitting matte gold striped shirt, a brown suit vest and black plaid trousers, giving him a sense of elegance and uprightness, while the tilted bowler hat shows a bit of unruliness; the mechanical device on his eyes scrolls the latest news, the printing press on his chest works day and night, the cute puppy beside him has also been integrated into the mechanical body, and his backpack is filled with freshly printed newspapers, enough to provide a steady stream of information to many citizens.

Design Idea Plans[]
Postman was originally a silent and good boy. In this theme, we hope to subvert something and amplify his persistent and interesting side. Therefore, we combined him with an old-fashioned letterpress printing machine to create a unique "Paperboy".
The "Have Fun" he published attracts readers with interesting gossip, and also contains reports that satirize the luxurious appearance of the Metropolis. It confronts the mainstream media head-on and is the strongest position for the rebels.
Design Idea Sketches[]
The costume theme is based on the Postman Paperboy costume under the Metropolis system. The design positioning of our costume is a sense of retro technology. The Paperboy is positioned in the Metropolis. He will not have very gorgeous decorations, and the design will revolve around functional machinery. The main thing is the union with the body.
The first sketch was too high-end and gorgeous in performance, and it deviated from the image of the Postman on the street.

We need more sophisticated costumes that are in line with the era and suitable for the character's positioning and the environment, so we designed the second version on this basis.

Model Details Description[]

- Postman - Paperboy wears a retro top hat. The machine mounted on his head displays the front page headline of the tabloid "HAVE FUN", and the text printed on it reveals the luxurious appearance of the Metropolis.
- Paperboy in streetwear symbolizes the unique style of urban retro. The old-fashioned printing press on his chest is constantly running, publishing newspapers one after another, serving as a solid position for the rebels to speak out.
- Postman - Paperboy's puppy partner has also been transformed into a media tool, with the mechanical body reflecting various interesting and rebellious gossips.
Trivia[]
- This costume shares its name with another of Postman's costumes, Paperboy, from Call of the Abyss IV.
