Party Popper is an A-Tier Accessory for the Weeping Clown, Joker. It was first introduced during Season 25 as part of the Season 25 Rank Treasure and can today be purchased in the Illusion Hall.

It are three party poppers, one red, one yellow and one green. They each have a bit of pink paper with confetti on it wrapped around them, with the one around the red party popper also having a silhouette drawing on it of Weeping Clown's face and that around the yellow one having "Happy Birthday" written on it.

The party poppers itself emit colored confetti and small curled ribbons.
Dash & Explosion[]
The fire effect of the rocket is now replaced with a confetti and ribbons effect along with the word "Happy Birthday" upon using the rocket and on impact of the rocket.

The bird is chirping, the pan flute is melodious, and the colorful ribbons are flying.

Celebratory birthday poppers are the perfect party prop, but the poppers were never fired for the Weeping Clown. Weeping Clown's A accessory - Party Popper are three colorful poppers tied together. Graffiti avatars and blessing words are drawn with childlike brushwork. Above the poppers, various colorful ribbons are flying, making people feel like they can hear the poppers. The crisp sound and birthday greetings from relatives and friends. After using the skill "Rocket", the poppers will form a cute pattern of "Happy Birthday" on the head of the Weeping Clown, and the Rocket's tail flame is also wrapped with beautiful ribbons. After hitting the hunter, a larger word "Happy Birthday" will appear, pushing the birthday party atmosphere to the climax!
