Perfect Marionette is a Reoccurring Time-Limited S-Tier Accessory for the Bloody Queen, Mary. It was introduced during Season 12 before the release of the 1st Essence based on the Golden Rose Theater event. It could originally be purchased from the Illusion Hall with the costume Lady Bella as part of the "Bella Donna" Package from July 17th to August 7th, 2020.
It is connected to both Golden Rose Theater and Season 12 Essence 1. By the recent mention of Lady Bella The Phantom of the Crystal Palace and Season 20 Essence 2 Lore.

Availability[]
As it is not a true Limited Accessory (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall shop multiple times. It generally returns each time with its specialty costume Lady Bella.
- It was originally available for purchase during the Second Anniversary from July 17th to August 7th, 2020.
- It was available for purchase during the Third Anniversary from July 8th to 29th, 2021.
- It was available for purchase during the 4th Anniversary from July 14th to August 4th 2022.
- It returned for purchase from March 28th to April 24th, 2024 when its matching costume placed as the 5th place winner of the 2024 Costume Voting Contest.
- It returned for purchase as the 6th place winner of the 2025 Costume Voting Contest from March 27th to April 23rd, 2025.

Physical[]
Perfect Marionette appears as a marionette that shares a similar appearance to Lady Bella herself. The doll wears a white ballerina dress with white stockings and a pink flower on the right side of the dress. Much like Lady Bella, the doll has a peach skin tone, blue eyes, and curled, light brown hair, albeit in a different style. The doll rests against the wooden planks used to control it in a position that makes it look like the doll is dancing. Pinkish strings are tied to its wrists. It has no mouth.
Special Effects[]
Aqua Mirror[]
When equipped, this accessory grants bright pink stems and petals around Mary's Aqua Mirror when summoning it, however this effect only comes on the moment of summoning and goes away afterwards.
Walking Animation[]
It adds a bright pink trail with butterflies and petal particles when Mary is walking.
Carry Animation[]
The accessory replaces Mary's carrying animation to where it looks like she is dancing with the Survivor she is holding, with their feet dangling off the ground to make it look like they are forced to dance.
Chairing Animation[]
When the Bloody Queen is chairing a survivor, the marionette will strike a pose.
Concept / Design Notes[1][]
The Perfect Marionette of Bloody Queen’s S Accessory is a string puppet wearing a dance skirt. Under the control of Lady Bella, the marionette dances gracefully.
Trivia[]
- This is Mary's first S-Tier accessory.
- The flowers that bloom when initially summoning Aqua Mirror usually curve around to fit the shape of Lady Bella's mirror, however they will take the shape of her other mirrors as well if using another skin.
- Perfect Marionette appears in the portrait Surprise Box from the 3rd Anniversary Event.
