The frame is made up by the wicker basket, rope and the skirt of a hot air balloon. The bottom is a wooden dark brown basket with light wood combining it together, green leaves with three white, five-petaled flowers at the bottom right, the yellowish rope wraps the basket until it reaches the skirt, and a blue & bronze telescope at the bottom left, pointing to the same direction. The sides of the frame are made up by the yellow ropes of the basket, which are tied to the skirt of the balloon. Two clouds, one small and one slightly large, appear behind the left ropes, while a flying white dove flies in front of the right ropes. The skirt of the hot air balloon is made up by light brown wood, with in-between an orange-green square pattern is circling the entire skirt. A blue ribbon flows around the air, appearing out from the skirt and wrapping the right ropes, flowing with the wind.
