Pip is a freak show performer, with six fingers on his right hand, formerly employed by Max, now doing odd jobs for the troupe.

Compiled Overview[]

Little is known about Pip, in a letter from Violetta to the player, Pip was first mentioned as the one to have brought lunch to Violetta on a certain New Year’s.

Pip was finally mentioned again in the first Investigation Field Note about Violetta and Max’s human trafficking incident. Pip was the first person from the note to be interviewed by the author of the note due to being the first to bring up Violetta. During the interview, Pip claimed to know nothing about Max’s trafficking activities. He showed both disdain and pleasure when the attack Merrick’s attack on Max was brought up, believing perhaps he thought everyone, including Merrick, were like Violetta. Max said his act was boring, and as a result, did odd jobs instead, mostly the grunt work, while the exciting acts were for the other performers. Throughout the interview, Pip showed concern for Violetta and disdain for Max. His answers brought a lot of answers on Violetta’s experiences, and the cruel actions from Max.

When Max was starving young Violetta to make her more lightweight for balancing tricks, the other members, including sometimes Pip, helped feed Violetta, otherwise, she might’ve not survived the winter. Before the interviewer departed, he told the address of Violetta’s best friend, Barbara, and where her tailor shop is.[1]

Alternate Theories and Conclusions[]

  • When mentioning the children who were being made to balance on balls, Pip and Violetta were used as examples, this likely means the two are around the same age, and this could also be the case for other Amazing Cabin performers.
