Pirate Doctor is a Limited A-Tier Costume for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was introduced during Call of the Abyss I initially only for the Chinese version, but came to Global during Call of the Abyss II as part of the "Pirate Adventure" Abyss Treasure from April 30th to May 23rd 2019.
In the Chinese Server, it was originally introduced during Call of the Abyss I, during the server's ongoing Season 2 from July 26th to August 9th, 2018.
It is connected to the lore of Season 1 Essence 5 and Essence 6.
Appearance[]
Physical[]
Emily's hair and eyes are both bluish green. She has black makeup under her eyes.
Outfit[]
She wears a low cut black top with a slight bell to the sleeves and elbow length brown leather gloves. She has a corset of the same material with a large red cross in the center. Around her waist she has two thick belts with gold buckles. Attached to the belts are several vials of brightly colored liquid. Her skirt is made of purple and black fabric with black leggings underneath. She has brown leather boots, similar to her gloves. Her nurse's cap is black. For jewelry, she wears a white shell necklace. On her back is a large patchwork doll.
Syringe[]
Her Syringe is made of a white conch shell, with red liquid inside.
Special Effects[]
One of the doll's eyes glows red while a liquid floats upwards out of it.
Trivia[]
- She is shown wearing gold hoop earrings in her card artwork, but they do not appear in the model.
- Her card artwork also has an angry expression that is not reflected in the face model.
- The description window lists the costume's name as Pirate rather than Pirate Doctor. Pirate Shipwright, Pirate Captain and Pirate Gunner have this same issue, all being called just Pirate instead of the full costume name in the description window.
- The theme of this costume is "Abyss Treasure" according to the Identity V Chinese Reference Book.
- Pirate Doctor was shown in the costume collection early in an official character trailer recorded before Abyss Treasure 1's release in the Chinese Server during the recording of the video. it used Leopard Dot's card sprite as a placeholder.
