This item will automatically target the nearest hunter within a certain range, and if activated Coordinator will shoot the Flare Gun and stun the hunter. If it is Coordinator who uses the tool, the stun time will be noticeably longer. The flare gun takes some time to reach the hunter, allowing them to dodge behind a wall.
