Pumpkin Ghost is a Reoccurring Time-Limited A-Tier Accessory for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was obtainable from the Illusion Hall during the Midnight Carnival.
Availability[]
As it is not a true Limited Accessory (which are denoted by the "limited" tag found in the top right of certain card icons), it can return to the Illusion Hall multiple times. It frequently returns with its pairing accessories Candy Ghost & Gloomy Ghost.
- It was originally available from October 26th to November 15th, 2023 as part of the Midnight Carnival event.
- It returned for purchase from October 10th to November 3rd, 2024 during the Haunting Parade event.
- It returned for purchase from October 16th to November 12th, 2025 during the Ode to the Eternal Night event.

Physical[]
The accessory appears like a miniature version of Doctor, she appears with her original white dress and blue capelet, she still has her white gloves and brown leather belt equipped with her medical tools and her white nurse hat. However, Pumpkin Ghost now changed her head to be an orange pumpkin, with a carved out smiling face with sharp teeth, the inside of her hollow head is glowing a bright yellow light with small sparkles coming out.
Special Effects[]
When Emily uses the Syringe, a swirling orange circle effect appears beneath her, when she self-heals there are also three pumpkins on the ground, and three more floating around her in a circular motion, followed by an orange trail effect as they float.
A similar effect occurs when she heals another injured survivor. When doing so, the orange circle beneath her appears, and three pumpkins float around her, the only difference is that there are no pumpkins on the ground.
Trivia[]
- Upon release, Pumpkin Ghost's name was incorrectly displayed as Dt - Pumpkin Ght in the Illusion Hall. The error was fixed on November 9th, 2023.
