Quiet Blue is a C-Tier Costume for the Doctor, Emily Dyer. It was introduced in Season 11 Essence 1 and has been a reoccurring reward in first essences since then.

Emily has the same build, skin tone, eye color, hair color, and hairstyle in this costume. Her hair is paleish-blue white.
Outfit[]
Her nurse's cap is pale blue. Her dress is also pale blue and her cape is navy. Her belt and shoes are dark back but have the same appearance as her original costume.

- Assets relating to this costume were added around late Chinese Season 1 in April, 2018 alongside other post-release C-Tier costumes for beta testing characters, unused until the costume got released in mid-2020. It used the placeholder name of Cyan.
