Sae Kurosawa is a Limited A-Tier Costume for Geisha, Michiko. It was released in the Illusion Hall as part of the Project Zero II Crossover, exclusive to Global Servers, during Season 23 and Season 24. Upon the crossover's completion, it won't be available anymore.
The costume was available between November 24th and December 23rd 2022.

Physical[]
Her appearance is now more realistic human like. She has a slender face with brown eyes and peach lips framed by neck length brown hair. Her skin tone is slightly more pink and her figure has more realistic proportions.
Outfit[]
Michiko dons a white kimono fastened by pearl obi and red obijime. Underneath that there is a white haneri and inner dress showing.
Weapon[]
It is a white fan with a maroon ornament of two sisters within candles on a dark wooden frame, with red rope ornament.
Special Effects[]
This costume has no special effects in the beauty form.
Prajna Form[]
Physical[]
Her eyes are now pitch black, with dark tears stains on her cheeks. She has a wide smile with red semi transparent butterfly wings coming from her eyes. Her nails has turned into red claws, and there is a hanging scar on her neck.
Outfit[]
Her kimono is torn, stained with blood and dirt. Her chest is embraced with black ropes showing her chest bridge.
Weapon[]
It is a black fan with red ornament of a woman leaving an other woman behind her in woods. A black rope ornament hangs from it.
Special Effects[]
Red flame like mist emits from bottom of her skirt and on her face she has a flaming crimson butterfly.
Showroom[]
Sae Kurosawa is one of the few Costumes in-game that has voice lines in their showroom animation.

- This Costume is modeled after the character Sae Kurosawa, from the game Project Zero II: Crimson Butterfly.
- Sae Kurosawa is the main antagonist in Project Zero II: Crimson Butterfly.
Sae Kurosawa from Project Zero II: Crimson Butterfly, which this Costume is based on.
- This Costume was only available on the Global Servers due to it not being deemed appropriate in China due to the games intense nature.
- With the update to players' Collection Menu on November 7th, 2024, Sae Kurosawa is shown in the Collection interface with a slightly different icon, showing a previously unused tag for the Project Zero II Crossover. This is also the case for other crossover contents such as Mio Amakura and Memo.
- Geisha's Red Butterfly motif was inspired by the Project Zero franchise, which is most likely why she is receiving this Costume.
