Season 2 of Identity V started in September 13, 2018 and ended November 15, 2018. While this Season was ongoing, players could continue down the Logic Path by rolling dice, and open Essences which contain Costumes, Accessories, Images (Graffiti and Portraits), and Character actions (such as Emotes and Standby Motions) for Survivors and Hunters.
At the end of the Season, the Essences are combined into a Memory Sphere, which can be redeemed using Clues instead of Inspiration. However, S-Tier costumes will no longer be available.

Season 2 Essence 2 []
Season 2 Essence 2 was released on September 27th, 2018, and introduced the new Hunter, Xie Bi'an and Fan Wujiu, Wu Chang. This essence had a Medieval Crusader theme and is mostly based on Arthurian Legends.

- Block 250 - Wild Bluebell (Perfumer): The dew-laden azure wind-bells are clear in the morrow, clear as the start of a year.
- Block 502 - Schoolyard Red (The Mind's Eye): Auburn is a classical, low-key color many whiz kids at the academy disguises themselves with.
- Block 1258 - Server (Coordinator): She is not suited to the work of a waitress; work that required attention to detail, but for her mission, she proceeds without hesitation.
- Block 1528 - Sleeping Mr. Bunny (Forward): Hey...hey! The game is over, wake up!
