Seer, also known as Dessalines, is a B-Tier Costume for the Enchantress, Patricia Dorval. It was introduced in Season 36 Essence 3 (Enlightenment Under the Stars), and can currently be obtained from Memory Sphere - Previous Seasons.

- The Seer's name, Dessalines, is likely based on Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the first Haitian Emperor, leader of the Haitian Revolution, and the first ruler of an independent Haiti under the 1805 constitution. Haiti's National Anthem was also named after him.
- This name references Patricia's Haitian roots from her mother's side.
