Sunset is a Limited C-Tier Costume for the Wu Chang, Xie Bi'an and Fan Wujiu. Players could obtain this costume from the Season 3 Logic Path. As of Season 3's completion, Sunset was no longer available until Season 15 when it was added to Wu Chang's Lantern Deal.
This costume is not to be confused with Sunset for Photographer.
